This ia a 401 bored and stroked to 432 CID. We used 6" Carrillo rods with 2.1" journals, a 3.8" stroked and nitrided crank, and 4.25" custom J&E pistons. The block has all our best oiling mods, including bronze lifter sleeves. Heads, completely ported, are Herman Lewis with 2.15" intakes, and 1.65" exhaust valves, both of which are titanium. Intake is also Herman Lews, custom fitted to the block. The cam is a Crane roller, grind # R-274/393, duration at .050 is 274, lift .629, with a Milodon "cheater" gear drive. Rockers are Yella Terra, 1.7 intake, (makes intake lift .668, and intake duration ~280) and 1.6 exhaust. Pistons, chambers, and exhaust passages of the heads have been coated by Polymer Dynamics. Schiefer 15 lb flywheel, ATI damper, and Cernte Force clutch setup are included in the internal balance. PRICE, $12,000 PLUS SHIPPING. DYNO TUNE IS INCLUDED IN THE PRICE.

These are the steel heads we used on the 2007 Jegs EMC engine. The heads are the 319's from "70 and early '71, now with 54cc chambers. They are now fully ported and polished, and are machined as much as possible without adding material to the chambers and passages. Intake port volume is 177cc. Manley SS valves are 2.11" intake, and 1.71" exhaust. These heads made 495HP BEFORE full port job, as they were only pocket ported for the contest. After the full port and polish, they made 554HP on the same engine. The heads have 15 dyno tuning runs plus the 6 EMC runs, and are in perfect, ready to go condition. Set up for large hydraulic or solid cam or medium solid roller, .595 lift or better.THESE HEADS HAVE BEEN SOLD. hOWEVER, WE CAN EASILY REPRODUCE THEM TO YOUR SPECS.
